DONOR-ADVISED FUND (DAF) GIVING

Daughters Against Alzheimer’s gratefully accepts grants from Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) to support our mission of accelerating Alzheimer’s research and early detection.

Because DAF contributions are fully tax-deductible charitable grants, IRS regulations require that they provide no goods, services, or personal benefit to the donor or any individual.

Eligible DAF Gifts

DAF grants may be used for:

  • Fund-Our-Mission / Paddle Raise donations

  • General donations to Daughters Against Alzheimer’s

  • Fully tax-deductible sponsorships with no associated benefits

Ineligible DAF Gifts

DAF grants may not be used for:

  • Event tickets or tables

  • Live or silent auction purchases

  • Raffle tickets

  • Merchandise or memberships

  • Travel, experiences, or services

  • Sponsorships that include tickets, recognition, or other tangible benefits

If a DAF grant is received for a purpose that includes benefits, we will reach out to help arrange an alternate form of payment and, if necessary, return the grant to the DAF sponsor in accordance with IRS guidelines.

We are deeply grateful for your generosity and your commitment to funding hope for families facing Alzheimer’s.
